You want your hot new item in your hands and we do everything possible to get it to you quickly! We ship most orders within 24 hours. We make multiple drops daily and many orders go out the door the same day they are placed. Packages are shipped Monday-Friday, sorry but we do not ship on the weekends or holidays.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
NEW! As of 4/1/2015 we are offering 1st class mail service on all packages up to 15oz.
We continue to offer our flat rate Priority mail shipping. Express mail will also be an option for customers who just can't wait.
We get most orders shipped out within 48 hours. An automatic email will follow providing you with the delivery confirmation number.
- 1st class packages are calculated by weight and only allow up to 13 oz.
- All domestic orders qualify for our flat rate Priority mail service. No extras. No weight calculations.
- Insurance of up to $50 is included on all Priority and Express mail orders. Additional insurance can be added to a package by special request and an additional fee will be charged at that point. You must let us know if you want your package over insured before placing your order!
If the post office confirms that the package was received, we cannot be held responsible for the "sticky finger neighbor" so please be sure to provide us with accurate shipping information and any additional instruction.
- Delivery confirmation number and shipment information will be automatically sent to you via our stamps.com service. Please check your email for this information before you call us to check the status of your order.
Estimated deliver times for USPS mail is as follows:
1st Class mail 4-7 days, Priority mail is 1-3 days, Priority Express mail 1-2 days under normal conditions.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that there has been a price increase on all USPS international shipping fees as of January 17 2016. This increase affects both the Priority and the Express methods. As of today, Jan. 17 2016, the minimum fee for international packages is $31.75 and up. The minimum fee for Express insured mail is now $40.95 and up.
- Light weight item(s) which fit into a flat rate cardboard or padded envelope 9.5"x12" can be shipped for this price($31.75 USD) to any country that supports the Priority mail services.
- Bulky items such as screw kit containers, ski kits or formed skid plates must be shipped in boxes to prevent damage.
All international orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service) International Priority mail or International Express mail.
AIR MAIL Updated 5/9/16
We are now offering air mail shipping to select countries. USPS Air Mail services are reliable to these locations but do not offer active tracking. Please allow up 4-6 weeks for delivery.

VAT Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
We do not overcharge for international shipping. We simply no longer ship via the cheapest method available as for some strange reason customers do not like it when their order gets lost in the mail. We understand that you want the most secure and cost effective delivery method. However standard air mail has proven to be very unreliable. Remember you can always check our dealers page and find a local shop to supply you with our products.
We charge based on the standard USPS International Priority mail rates as applied to the package your item is shipped in. You can always compare our rates on the USPS.COM website!
Estimated delivery times for USPS Priority international varies depending on your county. Normal delivery to most countries is 1-3 weeks however some countries can take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
Estimated delivery times for USPS Express international varies depending on your country. Normal delivery to most countries is 5-7 days however it can take as long as 2 weeks.
LOCAL PICKUP
We are an internet based business and as such do not offer local pickup at the shop. We have local shops that carry our full product line and we would rather send local customers to our local shops. If you need a specific item please feel free to ask for it and we will quickly get it delivered to the store of your choice here in north Idaho or eastern Washington (Spokane) area.
