    Shock Boots are here FOR X-MAXX 8S or XRT trucks!  Custom sized for a perfect fit over the stock Traxxas springs.  These will also fit the new Traxxas XRT Shocks perfectly.  Our shock boots are designed to cover up your shocks and keep out unwanted dirt and debris.  Made from high quality lycra fabric which make our shock boots extremely durable.  Our special triple stitch method guarantees that our stitching will hold up and as an added bonus allows you to cut them to size without any problems!  We are offering these in complete sets of four (front and rear).  Very simple install, simply slide over your springs, tuck the ends in, and put your springs back on.  That's it!  Something so simple can save you a load of money by protecting your shocks!
    Each pack comes with four shock boots in your choice of color to do one full truck.   Check out the install of these shock boots here.

      They look really cool and are simple to install. That's about it. After just one time out playing in the dirt, the debris thrown from the front tires shredded the shock covers on both rear shocks. The material can't stand up to 20 minutes of dirt and small rocks hitting it. Gave it 2 stars just because they look bad ass, but that's as high as I can go since they didn't last but one set of batteries. The material needs to be a little thicker, if possible. But I suspect even then it wouldn't take long for debris to wear it down and cause it to fail. Response by FFRC: Sorry to hear about the issues with this product. Please contact us and we will make it right. Let us know what type of terrain you were running in etc.

      These shock socks matched my all green alloy under carriage on my x Maxx beautifully and very affordable. Great product 5 stars all day!!!

      This is my second set bought green lightning ones for my green body and now bought some orange ones for my General Lee body they are great! don't buy the velcro from other companies, I did they suck!

      Look cool but if you run in gravel or anything other than nice lawn holes form in the rears in a very short time,I ran 3 battery charges and we're pretty much junk already,I do not recommend buying these if you actually use your xmaxx like it was intended

      they do what they say i guess...how long will they last..and super hard to put on..but it is what it says it is..looks good on as well..
