Rigid carbon fiber panel. Make your own custom parts! After the many requests that we received from customers we are now offering our quality carbon fiber material in raw sheets. The 1.5 mm material here is best suited for use as upper decks, braces, radio trays or other light duty parts. It is the thinnest material that we supply and easiest to work with. You can sandwich multiple layers of material for thicker parts as well.
All of our carbon material is American made and precision cut to dimensions yielding the best number of blanks from a sheet.
All our carbon material will ship in raw form with a sticker/barcode - no other packaging.
This is a sheet of our 3K Plain weave material measuring 4.25x11.875" 1.5mm thick material. The surface is high gloss finish on both sides.

I use this material to make control horns or to mount servos in the nose of composite sailplanes. Eay to work with, cutting, shaping, etc. Gloss finish looks great too.
