Product Description
HPI Baja brake upgrade! Want to really lock up your rear brakes and put some stopping power into that beast? This is the answer! The carbon disk and metal pads have been proven to be one of the best combinations for stopping power. This new setup includes our high quality carbon fiber brake disk (same material as our best selling MAXX/ Savage brake disks) and a pair of precision machined 6061 T6 Aluminum brake pads. Our carbon fiber brake disk is a full 5.0 mm thick!
Install is very simply, just replace your stock 5 PC brake disk/pad setup with our 3 PC setup and you are ready to go!
We recommend that you lightly sand the carbon disk before the install for the best performance. If the disk is not sanded it will result in glazing which will prevent your brakes from functioning correctly. Do not sand the aluminum brake pads.
- Fits the HPI Baja 5B, 5T, and 5SC.

Carbon fiber brake disc for HPI abaja 5b.
This product is really well made the thickness of the disc is perfect it thakes up all the slack that the original rotor left out.since I already have the TR quick brake kit installation of the pads was a breeze. Adjustment is perfect and respond is very quick.I havent had a chance to fully test this product for a longer time and at higher speed but I'm shure they will work great. The feel of the brake respond is good.had to release the brake adjustment from where I had so they dont lock up.Overall these brake a great upgrade for the Baja.

excellent stopping power
Great stopping power. I am on my second brake disk now but have been running this setup for over two years now. Way better than some of the much more expensive setups out there.

Great stopping power
A pain to get installed since you have to take apart a lot of stuff but well worth it. My buggy now locks up the rear end and stops on a dime.
